    This book is great. Prior to this book, I knew nothing about juices or the importance of what is coming in and out of my body. This book is easy to read and understand.

    Very concise, packed with the most relevant information. I loved the comment on juicing being “unnatural”! Great tips on what to expect while detoxing and how to break the fast. Highly recommended book.
