Easy and tasty!  This easy to make nut mylk will help you get away from that dangerous and constipating dairy milk.  While you can make milks out of almonds too, cashews are a softer nut so they blend more completely, eliminating the need to strain the solid chunks out, because they aren’t there!  Tastes great in coffee & tea as well as with oatmeal or even dry cereal.  Use in recipes just as you would dairy milk.

  1. Blend until smooth! Blend longer for smoother. As an option, you can soak your cashews for 2 hours before blending to make it even smoother.
