This sauce is one of our main go-to’s. It is easy to make, tastes great and is all plant based (of course).  Tastes amazing over sweet potatoes or as a salad topper/dressing.  Also great as a veggie dip.  It is a base of cashews and water blended with seasonings that will satisfy but not leave you with that feeling of guilt!

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy. (The longer it goes the smoother it gets.)
Recipe Notes

Store in fridge for use up to a week after making (if it lasts that long).  We usually make a double batch and store it in quart jars.  Enjoy!
