Super yummy with another taste profile that you’ll love.  Best as a veggie dip but also a great topper for zoodles (spiralized zucchini) or cooddles (spiralized cucumbers).  A great dip for those get-together’s.  Serve with plain corn chips or potato chips too!

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blending until creamy and smooth. Adjust taste and consistency according to your preference. If you want it thick, add less water. If you want it thinner, add more water.
Recipe Notes

The 'cheese' gets firmer after refrigeration (which is where I recommend storing it). Just add a little water to thin it out if too thick after it sets.
